B: Did you GOOGLE the product or service
C: Or did you take advice from a friend or family member

2. If you bought a xmas present online this year, did you do any research on that present,including reading any reviews or ratings???

3. Did you buy or do you plan on giving any type of Gift Card as a gift this year? & second part of this question is
“DID you purchase it from a online from a website”?
